        Our Obstacles

  1. The business is operating in an area that is experimental and does not have a strong track record of success. We are convinced though that by combining our particular strengths with the lessons that others have learned from their developments, that we can produce a superior facility that best fits the needs of our clients.

  2. Funding for experimental ventures is always difficult.  Because we can qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act for government funding and our track record with multiple government agencies funding a strong argument for government assistance can be made.  In fact all of our inquiries to date have been met with positive response.

  3. Many communities have restrictive zoning covenants that limit the development of housing that will meet our plan.  The need combined with government support and the support of proactive community groups coupled with our unique ideas make the likelihood of variances quite achievable.

    Our Management Team

Fyler Inc.'s management is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals from the development, management and construction industries. Our management team possesses a breadth of functional experience in planning designing constructing and managing residences for people in need. Waddy Fyler and Craig Macbeth will share the senior management responsibilities with Mr. Fyler directing the sales/marketing, finance, and alliance efforts and Mr. Macbeth directing the development, planning and construction of facilities. The organizational structure and personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is customer oriented and technologically proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity.
